Personal Biography:

He graduated from Beijing University of Technology in 2021, and obtained a Master’s degree from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in 2024.

Research Focus:

During the master’s program, the main research focused on the performance optimization of memristors and in-memory computing applications. The research involved experimental exploration of the impact of interface control on memristor performance, as well as the use of simulation software to investigate the influence of memristor’s non-ideal characteristics on the accuracy of matrix-vector multiplication performed by memristor arrays.
