Personal Biography: 

A senior IDC expert and senior structural designer with over twenty patents in IDC, familiar with IDC planning, bidding, construction, and operations.

Led multiple large-scale IDC projects: During the construction phase, no major accidents occurred. During the operations phase, established a technical team and built an operations system, achieving the required Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards.
