个人简介:
王宜敏,研究员,神经网络数据计算与可视化研究组组长。2003年于复旦大学取得学士学位,2009年于新加坡南洋理工大学取得博士学位。研究方向包括脑科学图像大数据可视计算与分析、生物图像信息学、混合现实、计算机图形学、人工智能等。2022年起任广东省智能科学和技术研究院研究员和研究组长。主持国家自然科学基金委基金2项,上海市科委自然科学基金等项目多项。研究成果发表于 Nature,Nature Methods,Nature Communications 等杂志。
神经网络数据计算与可视化研究组:
本课题组围绕脑科学领域中产生的多尺度多模态数据开展一系列的计算、可视化和分析研究。基于发展新的可视化、人机交互和人工智能等方法,研究脑科学大数据管理、面向全脑图像的交互式神经元结构标注、神经元三维形态自动重建、多模态神经网络数据的表示与知识发现、神经网络结构预测与生成等问题。目标为鉴定神经元类型、解析神经环路特征、建立功能与结构的关联、构建和探索脑连接图谱提供有效的技术支撑和关键的科学发现。
课题组长期招收博士生。目前组内博士生由澳门大学、香港理工大学、北京师范大学等高校联合培养。此外,课题组也长期招收博士后、实习生等人员。
